Children at AICOL have their own dedicated and supervised classroom areas. They also have an inside lunchroom and an outside rainforest lunch area.
2023 has arrived and our kids English classes are receiving children from many countries. Learn English in international classes with kids of the same age while having fun and making friends.
The classrooms for children are separate from, and independent of, the adult English classes. Same timetable, same building, different classrooms.
Young children love to study English with kids their own age.
English classes based on STEM subjects - kids enjoy activity based classes. They often do not realise they are studying English because they have so much fun. We also offer Primary School Preparation (PSP) classes for 48 weeks a year.
The Australian International College of Language - AICOL - is the longest established English school on the Gold Coast.
AICOL has been delivering Young Learners courses longer than any other Gold Coast English school - probably longer than any other English school in Australia.
We accept children from 6 years of age and we are centrally located in Southport, the education centre of the Gold Coast.
- Parents and children are able to study English on the same timetable in the same building but in different classes.
- We offer government accredited English courses from 1 week to 48 weeks, all year round, including our High School Preparation Course
- Primary school and secondary school placement available
- We also offer Junior Camps:
- Summer camp in July/August for individuals or groups - for kids 6-12 years, for juniors 13-17 years, and for adults
- Winter camp in January/February for individuals or groups - for kids 6-12 years, for juniors 13-17 years, and for adults
- AICOL Gold Coast English school offers a wide range of study tours
- Homestay with Australian families is available for kids and for parents who study English with us - we have had our own in-house homestay for over 20 years and do not rely on outside homestay services. We also offer:

- IELTS test preparation
- General English beginner to advanced
- English and Professional Sport.
These programs are CRICOS registered and are available on a visitor visa or a student visa

Teaching Kids English
The AICOL Kids Winter Camp and Summer Camp on the Gold Coast of Australia are designed for young people who want to learn English and go on activities with an adult even if their parents are not travelling with them.
Kids Camp. Ideal for children from 6-12 years.
Junior Camp looks after teenagers from 13-17 years.
The camps are also suitable for parent and child – adults and children study English at AICOL in the same building on the same timetable but in different classes.
